Our production floor has 15 Injection molding machines, ranging in size from 45 up to 310 tons with shot sizes from 2 ounce up to 32 ounce shot capacity.  A complete facilities list is available.

We have real time production monitoring to determine compliance with established standards.  Electronic data storage of cycle set-up results in lot-to-lot consistency.

All resins are dried in the Centralized Resin Drying System, resulting in control over a process with less likelihood of operator error.  Once in the "system", the dried resins are not exposed to ambient air.
